Sustainable communities are places where people want to live and work, now and in the future. They meet the diverse needs of existing and future residents, are sensitive to their environment, and contribute to a high quality of life.
We seek to provide a range of developments that have the key elements of sustainable communities in mind, from the initial design and layout of our developments, through to the quality of their construction.

We are currently undertaking projects in partnership with local authority partners to develop EcoHomes that have an enhanced level of energy saving measures built into the design.
